The City of Minneapolis has 120 acres in their East Industrial Park, which is located just off of four-lane highway 81. You can choose from 2.5 acres up to 40 acre lots. To accomodate larger tracts we can combine sites.
Formerly the USDA building this building is located in downtown Minneapolis next to the Dollar General Store. This would be great office or retail space.
